I have been asked a lot, over the last few months, what my favourite tools are for running my wedding business.

So, today I thought I’d share with you my list of my favourite top tools to help you run your wedding business with ease!

1) Tave
Tave is a fantastic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for creative professionals and is up there as one of my favourite tools for sure! I use this to save me hours every week, whilst also helping me to stand out from the crowd with an amazing client experience.

2) Trello
I love Trello for managing workflows, saving ideas and monitoring the progress of any projects, as well as saving important info. such as logins for any courses/software I use. It’s a highly visual tool that is great for helping to keep me organised and it’s also free!

3) 10to8 Calendar
This is a fantastic online calendar booking tool that you can use to book consultations in, for example, with your clients without having to play never-ending email tennis! Your client gets email and text reminders too so it helps prevent no-shows.

4) Canva
Oh, how I LOVE Canva! The latest 2.0 version has become my go-to design tool for so many things. It’s fantastic for marketing materials, images for blog and social media posts and so much more.

5) Xero
I use Xero to help me with my accounting, whilst also giving me a real-time view of the profit in my business. No more typing figures into spreadsheets a week before my accounts are due in! Can you relate?!

6) Pic-Tap-Go
A great app for photo editing. It’s really simple, fast and has fab stackable filters to transform your photos.

7) PCloud
Pcloud is a secure online storage space for all your files, photos and work documents. I absolutely love it because I don’t have to worry about losing any files, it’s easy to keep everything organised plus it extends the storage of your computer as you don’t need to keep everything on your hard drive. 8) Planoly
For scheduling Instagram posts I love Planoly. Make your grid look amazing and plan out your content in advance, whilst tracking your analytics. You can schedule up to 30 posts a month totally free too.

9) MileIQ. 
I downloaded this app on my phone to record accurate mileage on the go. It’s super easy and means every month I can download a mileage report to log in my monthly accounts so I don’t forget any mileage I’ve done for work.

10) Mailchimp
If you’re just starting with email marketing I recommend MailChimp. It’s one of the more simple email marketing tools out there and has a free starter price, although I recommend the ‘Essentials’ plan as you can add your own branding.
